The geographical center of California is located at latitude 36.17 degrees North and longitude 119.75 degrees West.  This basic map of CA (postal abbreviation for the state of California) shows Sacramento, the capital city, as well as other major California cities such as Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Francisco.  The map also shows California's Interstate highways, Death Valley National Monument, several National Parks such as Yosemite and Sequoia, and rivers such as the Sacramento and San Joaquin.
